Young African MBAs (YAM) is a first-mover and one of the fastest growing organizations of its kind, on a mission to shift the current paradigm in African management talent today. Started in 2012 by four MBA Alumni from Harvard, Kellogg, The Wharton School and Duke University.
Started as an MBA-focused organization, YAM now boasts a membership of more than 2000 professionals, many of whom are neither Young, African nor MBAs; spread across the globe, from all walks of life - connected with a single objective to harness, protect and engage our ideas and talents in service of the Africa growth story.
YAM was recently featured in the Harvard Business School Alumni magazine for the difference we are making in helping to bridge the management talent gap in Africa --> YAM "Making a Difference" link
